My Reiki session with Zoë… I was experiencing a lot of anxiety, feeling overwhelmed and lost for the past months. This session with Zoë was more than I could ever expect, it made me relaxed and calmed my overthinking mind, I felt connected, safe, completely let go of the controlling feeling I have all the time. Felt sensations in areas of my body such as heart, throat and sacrum area that gave me such a healing release. I am so grateful this was such a healing experience to me and it made me realise how important it is to take care of myself and this is the best way. Thank you so much. I can’t wait for my next session. Definitely recommend!

I reached out to Zoë when I felt a bit overwhelmed with everything life has to offer. I understood that I was struggling with symptoms of anxiety but had absolutely no control over how to handle these. I spoke to Zoë and in our session she spoke to me about where my anxiety could possibly come from, how to handle the feelings of worry and showed me different methods to take myself out of my little anxiety wormholes (as I like to call them).
